We provide comprehensive support for immigration procedures with a clear and client-centered approach. Below is the step-by-step process for utilizing our services.


1. Initial Inquiry

Please feel free to contact us via telephone, LINE, or through our inquiry form.
We will briefly confirm your consultation topic and desired support, and schedule your initial consultation accordingly.


2. Initial Consultation (In-Person or Online)

We will conduct a detailed consultation regarding your current circumstances, the residence status you are seeking, and your future plans.
If necessary, we will also provide guidance on selecting the appropriate visa category and explain the overall procedure.


3. Quotation

Based on the consultation, we will present a detailed quotation, including all necessary procedures, scope of work, and service fees.
Once you review and agree to the contents of the quotation, a formal service agreement will be established.


4. Required Documentation – Guidance and Collection

You will be provided with a list of the required documents for your application.
Once all documents are gathered, please visit our office for submission.
At this stage, a 50% deposit of the total service fee is required (payable via cash or bank transfer).


5. Document Preparation and Application Readiness

We will prepare all necessary application documents based on the materials provided.
Should any additional documentation be required, we will notify you accordingly.


6. Submission of Application

Once all documentation is complete, we will submit your application to the relevant Immigration Services Bureau.
(*Please note that for certain application types, your personal attendance at the immigration office may be required.)


7. Result Notification and Residence Card Issuance

Upon receipt of the immigration decision, we will notify you without delay.
If your application is approved, we will provide instructions on how to receive your new residence card.


Important Notes

  • Depending on the specific case and visa category, additional documentation or procedures may be required.
  • All application decisions are made solely at the discretion of the Immigration Services Bureau. Therefore, we cannot guarantee approval. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

In the Event of a Rejection

If your application is denied, our administrative scrivener (Gyoseishoshi) will accompany you to the Immigration Services Agency to inquire about the reasons for the rejection and it is judged that approval is still possible, we will prepare additional materials and reapply.
No additional fee will be charged for the second application.


If the first application is formally rejected and the second application is also unsuccessful, we will refund the entire service fee, excluding any actual costs incurred.

Cases where no refund will be issued

Please note that the following cases are excluded from refunds:

・If any unfavorable facts that were not known to us are discovered after starting the document preparation.
・If there are any illegal or criminal acts during or after the request or application.
・If there are unpaid taxes or social insurance contributions.
・If, after the application, it is determined that the applicant’s income has significantly decreased (e.g., due to unemployment) and they can no longer maintain their livelihood.
・If necessary documents or cooperation required for the completion of the request are not provided.
・If the applicant cancels the application before the result is determined for personal reasons.
・If the applicant refuses to reapply or submit further applications for personal reasons.
・If it is found that the applicant provided false or inaccurate information to us.
・If it is discovered that the applicant submitted forged documents to us.
